Breast Augmentation as Low as $87/Month!

An augmentation of the breasts involves a surgical procedure designed to enhance the shape, size, or fullness of your breasts. Implants are placed under the existing tissue already present. A lift involves removing the excess skin and fat to raise the breasts to a more natural position on the body.

The Benefits of Your Augmentation and Lift Procedure

Your personal augmentation and lift needs will be different from another’s, but the benefits are commonly the same. The procedure is safe and can improve the way you view your body. A breast augmentation can increase your self-esteem and boost positive feelings about your sexuality.

This procedure can be done to:

  • Enlarge naturally small breasts
  • Produce symmetry in asymmetrical breasts
  • Lift the breasts to their proper location on your body
  • Restore the size and shape of breasts that have been naturally modified after pregnancy, weight loss, and other life situations
  • Restore the size and shape of breasts that have been surgically modified after cancer and other surgical situations

What kind of implant should I choose?

Saline and silicone breast implants are used in the United States for breast augmentation.

Silicone Gel implants:

  • Shaped Gel ( Tear drop )An anatomical shaped breast implant (Anatomical) filled with highly cohesive gel designed to hold its shape – a shape that mirrors the curves of a woman’s breast.
  • Round GelA classic, round shaped breast implant filled with a cohesive gel, with a soft feel, & delivering your desired looks.

Saline implants:

A round shaped breast implant filled with sterile saline, a salty solution found naturally in the body.

Adipose stem cell regenerative:

This procedure relies on the fact that human fat contains an amazing concentration of stem cells—cells that can be separated out using a centrifuge. The surgeon deposits the enriched fat cells through a tiny incisions for building a breast with one dot-sized injection

Where will the incision be?

Several different incisions can be used to place your breast implants. Dr. Do will discuss these options with you so that the best choice can be made.

  • Inframammary Incision made under the breast along the breast fold. It is the most common incision and easiest to perform, but the scars can be visible.
  • Transaxillary Incision is an incision under the armpit. The advantage of this incision is that there are no scars on the breast. The scars are also able to blend into creases of the armpit over time.
  • Periareolar Incision is an incision along the areola or pigmented area surrounding the nipple. The scars are able to be hidden by the lines and ridges of your nipple
  • Transabdominal under some circumstances, a transabdominal approach can be used to place breast implants by going through the navel, or bellybutton.

How is the placement of your breast implants determined?

Implants can be placed either Submuscular or Subglandular. The decision depends on the thickness of your breast tissue & its ability to adequately cover the breast implant.

  • Submuscular partially under the pectoralis major muscle. Women who are looking for a more “natural” look for their breast augmentation should consider sub-muscular placement, especially smaller breasted patients. This procedure places the implant behind the pectoral muscle instead of over the behind the breast tissue. The surgery and recovery time is slightly longer.
  • Subglandular over the muscle and under the breast glands. Subglandular means the implant is placed over the pectoral muscle, but just under the breast tissue. The surgery and recovery time is shorter, but there is risk of the implants being more visible.

Surgical Setting & Anesthesia:

Surgery is usually performed as an out patient basis in Operating room. Procedure usually lasts for 1-2 hours. IV sedation is commonly used.

What is the recovery from surgery like?

After surgery, you should expect to have some soreness, swelling, and possibly some temporary changes in sensation. You can expect to return to work within a few days to a week after your procedure, depending on your occupation. Soreness will likely last for a few weeks, though. You will need to wear a special, supportive post-surgical bra 24 hours a day.
